Our team has made continuing education an integral part of our company culture. Northwest Homecrafter’s staff is kept current on the latest building products and construction techniques and regularly attends industry meetings and association functions. This knowledge carries over to our clients who recognize the level of professionalism in our management style and our attention to every construction detail.

Each year the entire company attends the JLC Live trade show for 3 days of intensive field training, whether it is in Portland or here in Seattle.  During the course of the year, all employees will also attend full day classes on topics related to their work.  These classes are generally sponsored by the NAHB, or MBAU.
 
Upon becoming a member of Northwest Homecrafters, everyone is given of a yearly subscription to either Fine Homebuilding or The Journal of Light Construction magazines.  These are two excellent sources of up to date information on both field and management techniques.
