Northwest Homecrafters is committed to building strong and vibrant communities, improving quality of life, and making a positive difference where we live and work. We focus our efforts on the following projects:
Habitat for Humanity
As we deconstruct a project, what ever can be salvaged and reused is brought to an outlet such as Second Use, or Habitat Seattle. There Northwest Homecrafters donates the item (s) in the name of the homowner from from whom the item is salvaged. At Second Use, partial proceeds of a resale are donated to Habitat Seattle. The homeowner receives a letter of appreciation from Habitat, along with a document that can be used at the end of the year notifying the IRS that a tax deductable donation was given to Habitat Seattle.
