Scheduling and Gantt Charts
The illustration to the left is an example of what a Gantt chart schedule is. Our schedules are created with a week as the highest level of detail. Depending on the size and scope, a typical project schedule will run from between 1 and 5 pages. As the project progresses, and taking into account unforseen conditions, possible weather related disruptions, and change orders, we update the schedule to take into consideration any issues that will change the projected finish date.
